PReS endorses the COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance

Date: 01.04.2020

COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance is a large group of academics, clinicians and patients working to establish a global freely accessible registry where doctors can add details of their patients who either (1) Have a rheumatic disease, or (2) Are on a drug used in rheumatology who become infected with COVID-19.

The mission of the alliance is to create a secure, de-identified, international case reporting registry and curate and disseminate the outputs from that registry. Its hope is that the information collected will help guide rheumatology clinicians in assessing and treating patients with rheumatologic disease and in evaluating the risk of infection in patients on immunosuppression.
