Dear Colleague,
Childhood-onset Sjögren Disease is an under-recognised and under-diagnosed Autoimmune rheumatic disease. Little is known about the incidence, prevalence and natural history. The diagnosis is delayed. There are no validated classification criteria. There are differences in clinical presentation in childhood vs adult onset Sjögren Disease.
