Welcome to the 26th Paediatric Rheumatology European Society (PReS) Congress to be held in the beautiful city of Prague from September 23rd to 26th 2020 !
On behalf of the President of PReS, the Scientific Committee, and the local Organizing Committee, we welcome you to this exciting international meeting, to be held close by the historic surroundings of Charles University, in the centre of Prague. PReS is dedicated to advancing the care and improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people with rheumatic conditions, through research, education and care. The 26th PReS Congress will be an inter-disciplinary, innovative meeting, where we aim to learn from our patients, colleagues, collaborators, and experts from other disciplines. The meeting will provide state-of-the-art-sessions on clinical practice, basic and translational science. Some sessions will have researchers, clinicians, health professionals, patients and parents presenting, bringing all stakeholders together to share knowledge and drive progress for our patients.
PReS 2020 will be a wonderful opportunity to network, learn and contribute, with something for everyone. It has been planned in partnership with patients, parents, young scientists and trainees, as well as clinicians, health professionals and scientists, from across our society, working together, bringing expertise in basic, translational and clinical research, and practice.
The Young Investigators meeting (YIM), led by Emerge (EMErging RheumatoloGists and rEsearchers), the trainees and young scientists of PReS, will be held on 22nd-23rd September and will offer exceptional learning and networking opportunities to the next generation of researchers and clinicians.
With the historical quarter of Prague in view while enjoying coffee with your colleagues friends, the congress venue is just 10 minutes away from the city centre. The highlights of Prague are all close by, and the magnificent PReS dinner will take you inside one of them!
We look forward to welcoming you to Prague in 2020!
