COVID-19 Protocol
The organizers of the congress will put in place a COVID protocol in compliance with the requirements of the local authorities. This may imply restricting the access to the congress to only fully vaccinated delegates and / or delegates presenting a negative COVID test.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be sent via email to each attendee after the congress.
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation can be requested online during the registration process once the applicable fees have been paid. Letters of invitation for visa application do not imply a commitment from the conference to provide a financial support.
CME Accreditation
PReS 2023 will apply for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) the number of credits available for attending the congress will be announced at a later stage.
Travel Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. PReS and MCI as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants.
Visa
